The inaugural AIREF/NBFAA Golf Tournament was held on March 30, 2004, at The Revere Golf Club near Las Vegas. More than 100 participants took to the course in support of the Alarm Industry Research & Educational Foundation (AIREF). Under the auspices of NBFAA, AIREF serves as the research arm of the electronic life safety, security, and systems industry engaged in initiatives critical to public safety, consumers, and the alarm industry. Through research and education, AIREF will provide the resources and statistics that public safety officials can use to better understand and utilize our industry in their effort to protect and serve the community.
